There shouldn't be loop holes with the technology we now have,I.m sure a system can be created to work at gun shows or private gun sales.My idea even before buying a gun you could register for some card that you could use when buying a gun.One that had smart id technology.Just have your card scanned at the time you purchase a gun.It could eliminate waiting for background checks because they would of already been done.
